Re-live the energy of our Centenary Celebration. Many, many, many past & present students & staff came together to celebrate 100 years of Ōpunakē High School in a weekend unlike any other – truly special. The PPTA Te Wehengarua members (secondary teachers) have voted to take the following strike action for this coming week and beyond.

Year 9: Rostered home Tuesday 14th October
Year 10: Rostered home Wednesday 15h October
Year 11 and 12: Rostered home Thursday 16th October
Year 13: Rostered home Friday 17th October
Full strike day: no lessons taking place Thursday 23rd October
Partial strike: no extracurricular activities Wednesday 29th October
Full strike (2 hours) - Wednesday 5th November 1:15pm - 3:15pm (buses to be organised)

This is the current forecast, however we will alert you of any changes.
