Election Nomination Forms are avaiable from the school office for Student Representative on the Board of Trustees. 

The nomination paper should be posted or delivered to the Returning Office at Opunake High School, PO Box 4, Opunake no later than noon Friday 5th Septemebr 2014.

Opunake Community Action Group

Invitation to Opunake Community Action Group 12 August, Sandfords Event Centre 7-9pm.

The Opunake community has the best understanding of how greatly they can look after each other. Our young people are our future and it is vitally important for all of us to create the best environemnt we can, so they can become engaged citizens wihtin our community.

How can we as a community address the following outcomes?

  • reduce offending
  • reduce truancy
  • reduce alcohol and drug and other substance abuse
  • increase the number of young people in education training and employment
